Okay so I saw the add about the National Body Challenge on the Discovery Channel and didn't believe it, but then Chris said his parents had signed up. So I looked into it. And loe and behold it was true. So Karen and I signed up for one, and I thought I would let other people know about it.

Too Bad there is not a Bally's close to where I live. I would gain more weight stopping off at all the Wendy's that would be on my 'commute' ti the Gym.
Well, I found Chuck and Adam's blog randomly and thoroughly enjoy it. They had a post that said to expect good things from your site. This is my encouragement, dont dissapoint!
