Some of you are not allowed to install software on your computers at work. So you spend most of the day just emailing back and forth conversations. Well there have been ways to use an IM through your browser before... But now Google has taken it to the next level.
Google will now be doing Google Talk inside their GMail homepage, think their calling it Google Chat. So you will be able to use an IM from your work computer without having to install any software.
I know Karen, Sol, and Michelle could put this to good use....

I was all ready to tell you that you got this wrong because it doesn't seem to be working in my account but I read the FAQ and found out why. It seems this new feature doens't work if you are logged on using a https connection only http. Anyway, thanks for the heads up on this!
